Step into stillness with this nourishing blend of Yoga Nidra and sound. Through guided meditation, you’ll drift into a space between waking and sleeping, where deep healing and restoration can take place. The session is enhanced with the sound of my crystal bowls , using their calming tones to ground, rebalance, and gently awaken your senses.
