All our classes are led by Chloe Ashton our senior yoga teacher. With 30 years of experience Chloe shares from the alchemy of her own sadhana. Chloe will expertly guide you through a series of gentle movements, breathing and meditation techniques to release tension and negative thought patterns, creating space for freedom and expansion.
Chloe's classes offer progressive levels of engagement that allow people of all levels of experience to build their own authentic yoga practice.
