A wonderfully gentle yoga class located at St Michael's Centre Bishop's Cleeve Cheltenham . Designed with beginners in mind but perfect for any seasoned yogi wishing to kick start their practice. Chloe will guide you through pranayama (breath work) and asanas in a slow and methodical way . Perfect for those wish to explore the alchemy of yoga at their own pace with a senior yoga teacher with over 30 years experience. You will be softly guided through meditation , pranayama and yoga postures.
