Samhain Yoga

As we step into the season of Samhain we find ourselves in a time of transformation and reflection. Samhain marks the halfway point between the autumn equinox and the winter solstice and is celebrated as a time when the veil between the physical world and the spirit world is believed to be at it's thinnest. This mystical season invites us to connect with our inner wisdom, honour our ancestors, and embrace the cycles of life and death. One way we can do this is through our yoga practice. Our Thursday class will be dedicated to Samhain and will allow us to harness the energy of this magical time.

Samhain ( pronounced Sow-win) predates Halloween and has roots in ancient Celtic and Druidic traditions.

Yoga is a powerful tool for connecting with the energies of Samhain. It encourages reflection, mindfulness and the balances of opposites. As we move through this Thursday's practice we will be reminded that this is the time to go within, connect with our inner wisdom, and prepare for the spiritual journey ahead. Let your practice be a conduit for transformation and self - discovery.
